Description
COO is committed to bringing customer value, operational efficiency, and scalable operations for the bank: Fast, Easy, Caring, and Secure service—24/7, fully scaled, and powered by market-leading tools. Within this context, the CTS Tribe Delivery Expert focuses on translating regulatory and change demands into executable delivery, coordinating end-to-end execution across business and technology, and driving continuous improvement.
The team
Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention (FCFP) is part of COO and is a first line of defense organization. It leads the standardization of related processes, enhanced controls, shared tooling, and the optimization of operations across all business lines, contributing to a robust Financial Crime & Fraud environment and ING’s response to regulatory requirements while delivering customer value.
Within Global FCFP, we are organized around services: Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Screening, Client Tax Services, and Fraud Services, supported by global functions that ensure effectiveness, excellence, oversight, and control.
Global Client Tax Services (CTS) ensures frictionless client tax compliance for ING and its customers through accurate, timely client tax information sharing and strong global client tax knowledge. CTS simplifies complexity and supports compliance with client tax regulations through consistent standards, a global community of expertise, and increased automation of tax reporting and controls.
The CTS Tribe Delivery Expert is part of the CTS Delivery Optimisation team and works closely with CTS Global Head/MT, CTS CoE & Oversight Lead/experts, CTS Tribe Lead & Product Owners, Global/Hub Leads, Country CTS leads, local tax reporting owners, and a broad range of stakeholders across and beyond FCFP/CTS. You report to the CTS Tribe Lead and are part of the CTS Global Community.
Roles and responsibilities
In this role you will:
Translate the CTS optimisation roadmap into deliverable work packages and coordinate end-to-end delivery execution across process, tooling, and data.
Support roll-out, adoption, and benefits realization by assisting locations and Ops/CoE & Oversight with implementation, training, and transition to a stable run state.
Produce decision-ready management information (MI) and support governance forums (e.g., Control Boards, Project Boards) with clear status, outcomes, and actions.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across business and technology stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance and controls to reduce manual effort, defects, and local deviations.
Ensure transparent planning, risks, and benefits through structured governance and reporting.
Act as the linking pin between the tribe, Ops/CoE, and countries.

We hire smart people like you for your potential. Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. In return, we’ll back you to develop into an even more awesome version of yourself.
