Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service to pilots, passengers and crew members. To carry on the day-to-day functions of the Line Department and uphold Maverick Air Center’s high standards of quality in workmanship and customer service. Essential job functions include, make arrivals (passengers, pilots, and crew) feel appreciated by giving exemplary customer service and acknowledging all pilots and customers upon entering and leaving the facility.

Job Description

Marshall/Park/Tie down aircraft. Prepare aircraft for flight and customer acceptance. Ensure all service requests are completed. Ensure ramp access security. Drive fuel trucks and refuel aircraft. Observe all safety and environmental rules and policies. Ensure all quality control programs are completed. Maintain good ramp conditions and clean working environment. Maintain a professional environment to include; professional appearance and attitude. Towing of aircraft for servicing/repairs/storage/parking. Perform and record all truck annual, monthly, and daily inspections and checks as per ATA 103. Check in Fuel Loads. Daily reconciliation and recording of truck meter sheets and fuel tank volumes. Additional duties are as follows but not limited to, cleaning of aircraft, Lavatory and Potable Water Servicing. Oxygen servicing. Cleaning of passenger's personal vehicles and courtesy cars. Wing walking. De-icing. Minor maintenance and cleaning of ground equipment and fuel trucks. Provide shuttle service to and from airport, hotels, and restaurants as required. Connect ground support equipment to aircraft. Assist customers with loading and unloading of baggage. Housekeeping to include: restrooms, hangars, assist the Customer Service Representative maintaining the lobby, conference room, and hallways appearance; this may include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, dust, and wipe down counters as needed and removing trash. Limited building, equipment and yard maintenance. Snow removal.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.



Current valid license, and must meet all medical guidelines for Sanford Health Category II drivers.
