Title: Services Marketing Manager
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
NCR Atleos is seeking an experienced B2B services marketing professional to join the Telecom & Technology (T&T) Marketing team. This role will partner closely with T&T solution management and sales teams to help understand target markets and customer personas, develop compelling content, and support the execution of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketing execution skills with the ability to collaborate across teams, translate technical concepts into customer-focused messaging, and support business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of T&T industry segments, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive activity relevant to assigned solutions.
- Partner with solution management, sales, and subject matter experts to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Create and maintain marketing content and sales enablement tools, including customer presentations, digital collateral, videos, case studies, and training materials.
- Support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns by helping develop content, messaging, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with sales and solution management teams to identify business opportunities and support the development of campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute demand generation programs across digital channels, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, email marketing, and other marketing platforms.
- Develop thought leadership content and support activities that increase brand awareness and market visibility.
- Partner with Corporate Marketing and Creative Services teams to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights and metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Build strong working relationships across product management, sales, creative services, and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of business-to-business marketing experience, preferably within technology, telecommunications, software, or services organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting product marketing, demand generation, content development, or digital marketing initiatives.
- Experience in technology services, channel marketing, or alliance marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales enablement platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Seismic, Workfront, or similar tools.
- Experience creating content and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
