What You'll Do:
- Run residential service calls — diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures
- Perform water heater service and installation, drain cleaning, and leak repairs
- Educate customers on their options and provide honest recommendations
- Complete accurate work orders and maintain your service vehicle
- Deliver a five-star experience on every call
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (required)
- Tradesman Plumber-Limited or Journeyman Plumber license issued by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) preferred — we'll support your path to licensing
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (required)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every call
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
