About the role

Missions principales : 

  • Assure le recouvrement sur des grands clients d’Orange Business France.
  • Relancer les clients par téléphone, courriel ou courrier tout en préservant la relation commerciale.
  • Négocier des plans de paiement
  • Vérifier la conformité des dossiers de créances
  • Suivre et mettre à jour la base de données clients
  • Collaborer avec les services commerciaux et juridiques
  • Alerter à bon escient en cas de difficultés / blocage.
  • Assure le suivi des dossiers en difficultés financière.
  • Connaît les étapes de la procédure collective.
  • Veille à l’intégrité des comptes clients.
  • Suit le traitement des réclamations de son portefeuille.
  • Effectue des actions proactives de relance clients.
  • Peut intervenir auprès d’un client pour obtenir un paiement anticipé.
  • Contribue à l’amélioration constante de la qualité de service.
  • Assure un point régulier des dossiers avec son équipe de compte (Account Billing Manager, Customer Contract Manager).
  • Proposer et animer des points clients pour échanger sur les impayés.
  • Contribue aux actions et projets transverses

About you

Compétences requises

  • Bonne maîtrise des techniques de recouvrement (négociation, persuasion, argumentation, questionnement) 
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Rigueur et organisation
  • Faire preuve de diplomatie en toute circonstance.
  • Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Avoir l’esprit d’équipe.
  • Avoir un bon sens de l’écoute active.
  • Capacité à négocier et à gérer les situations conflictuelles
  • Connaissance des outils informatiques (MS Office)
  • Une connaissance du domaine de la facturation, recouvrement ou lettrage serait un plus.
