Role Summary
The Executive, Landscape supports the successful delivery and maintenance of landscape works across development project. This role includes monitoring site progress, coordinating with contractors and consultants, assisting in design and cost reviews, and preparing reports and documentation. The role requires active involvement during construction and post-completion phases to ensure quality standards, design compliance, and timely execution. The role supports Eco World’s digitalization journey by applying digital solutions and innovations to enhance work efficiency, collaboration, and output quality.
Key Outcomes
Landscape Execution – Landscape works are completed on time and in accordance with specifications.
Site Monitoring & Reporting – Accurate documentation and timely updates on project progress and quality.
Design & Budget Coordination – Support alignment of design plans with budgets and technical requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement – Constructive communication with internal departments and external partners.
Maintenance Coordination – Assist in site inspections, document recurring issues, and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to ensure upkeep during and after the DLP period.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Coordination & Supervision
Conduct regular inspections of landscape work and monitor contractor performance.
Assist in resolving on-site issues and escalate significant matters as needed.
Validate milestone progress and adherence to approved landscape drawings.
2. Design & Cost Review
Participate in reviewing landscape design drawings to ensure compliance with project intent and standards.
Assist in preliminary cost estimations and review of BOQs/unit rates during procurement processes.
Provide input for material selection and cost-efficiency assessments.
3. Maintenance & Post-Completion Support
Monitor landscape maintenance activities during and post-DLP.
Highlight recurring issues and work with vendors to implement corrective actions.
Ensure the health and visual quality of plantings and landscape elements.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly site progress reports and track contractor claims with supporting documentation.
Maintain organized records, including inspection logs, photo evidence, and meeting minutes.
Support audit and management reviews with accurate and complete documentation.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Project, Eco World Residence Club, Contracts) for project updates and handovers.
Communicate effectively with consultants and contractors for clarification and alignment.
Share relevant site findings and status updates across departments.

Landscape Design Understanding – Able to interpret design drawings and planting details.
Construction Supervision – Familiar with site implementation practices for hardscape and softscape.
Maintenance Monitoring – Understands post-construction maintenance requirements.
Digital Tools – Proficient in MS Excel and Word for reporting, and familiar with inspection apps, photo logs, and cloud folders.
Project Documentation – Able to maintain reports, claims, and compliance documents accurately.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Horticulture.
Experience Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in landscape design coordination, site monitoring, and post-construction care.
Experience in property development or project site environments is highly preferred.
