Description
Overview
This Product Compliance Analyst role specializes in digital governance and web compliance operations, focusing on website accessibility, cookie/consent management, tag governance, and regulatory readiness for BHN's digital properties. While aligned to the Product Compliance family structure and P&T partner model, the regulatory domain is web privacy and digital accessibility (GDPR, CCPA, WCAG) rather than financial product certifications.
Responsibilities
Website Launch Readiness
- Perform website launch and change-readiness checks, validating that required governance, consent, tagging, and documentation criteria are met prior to release, inclusive of accessibility requirements.
- Enforce tag management and governance standards, including validating that implementations align with approved policies and enterprise configurations.
Accessibility, Cookie, Tracker & Consent Monitoring
- Operate monitoring tools to support continuous oversight of accessibility features, cookies, and trackers across BHN’s critical websites.
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc cookie and website scans to identify compliance or configuration issues.
- Review scan results and provide analysis and recommendations to P&T, Privacy, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Manage cookie banners and consent performance metrics, ensuring accurate configuration and measurement.
- Implement automated accessibility testing across production sites (using provided tooling), monitor accessibility compliance trends, alert teams to negative spikes, and build a reporting dashboard to track and communicate results.
- Work with P&T to ensure sites follow proper accessibility testing procedures and schedule audits per the regulations for the locale and tracking the corresponding data in the BHN Site Manager. Collaborate with P&T on documenting exceptions when they cannot schedule the audit prior to launch.
- Coordinate annual website reviews to ensure stakeholders revalidate content, consent configurations, and governance attestations on a regular basis.
- Report monitoring and remediation status metrics to stakeholders.
Website Remediation & Exception Management
- Coordinate remediation efforts resulting from scan findings, audits, or compliance assessments.
- Track remediation activities through completion, escalating risks or blockers to appropriate stakeholders such as Legal, Product, or Engineering.
