We are looking for an experienced and proactive Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a Freelance Basis to support our People & Culture team with recruitment for primarily full-time hires. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring leads and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent across multiple functions and locations.
You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insights, advising hiring stakeholders, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, project-driven environment and is confident in taking on roles outside their previous experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake briefing to offer management and onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring leads and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Act as a sparring partner to hiring leads, providing guidance on talent availability, salary benchmarks, market trends, and recruitment best practices.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment activities are accurately documented and maintained within the applicant tracking and HR systems Personio.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team and key business stakeholders across the organisation.
- Track and report recruitment activities, hiring progress, and key talent acquisition metrics.
Your profile
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search within the UAE market.
- Experience recruiting within the Event Production, Construction, Fit-Out, AVL (Audio, Video & Lighting), Engineering, or Technical Services industries.
- Existing network of professionals across the UAE and wider GCC market.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and challenge hiring leads constructively.
- Excellent sourcing capabilities and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction channels.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and international teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
