## About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide remote HR advisory and transactional support across employee lifecycle processes. This role focuses on delivering timely and accurate HR information, coordinating documentation workflows, and supporting key processes such as onboarding and offboarding, while ensuring alignment with internal policies and service level expectations.

## What you’ll do

  • Provide accurate and timely information related to employee lifecycle activities
  • Support risk assessment processes where applicable
  • Prepare, complete, and issue employee documentation in line with internal policies and timelines
  • Manage leaver processes, ensuring all exit-related activities are completed accurately
  • Maintain HR records and documentation within systems and files
  • Provide consistent HR guidance to employees and managers based on policies
  • Register and manage queries using case management tools
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve queries within defined service levels
  • Support end-to-end HR processes such as payroll inputs, maternity, relocation, and administration activities
  • Work with systems including HR platforms, case management tools, and payroll provider systems

## Who you are

  • Foundational knowledge of HR processes, including resourcing, reward, and learning
  • Awareness of business operations and service environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or HR systems
  • Intermediate level of English language skills
  • Additional language skills are beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Sensitivity to working in a multicultural and global environment
  • Spanish language proficiency at C1 level (essential)
