Resumen de funciones

Estarás apoyando los procesos administrativos de la empresa mediante la ejecución de actividades de soporte, organización y gestión documental, como parte de su proceso de formación práctica, fortaleciendo competencias administrativas y organizacionales bajo la supervisión del personal designado.

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Apoyar las actividades administrativas asignadas por el supervisor o área responsable.

• Realizar tareas básicas de gestión documental y archivo.

• Apoyar la elaboración, organización y actualización de registros administrativos.

• Colaborar en el seguimiento de procesos internos.

• Apoyar actividades de atención interna, comunicaciones y coordinación básica.

• Participar en capacitaciones, inducciones y actividades formativas.

• Cumplir en general con los lineamientos del Sistema Integrado de Gestión ISO (Calidad, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente)

¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!

Educación: Estudiante activo de un programa técnico (preferiblemente SENA u otra institución avalada). Programas afines a áreas administrativas, contables, comercio exterior, o similares.
