Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals to build and manage their a book of business while leveraging house leads in the initial stages. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, a proven ability to develop referral partnerships, and a passion for cultivating client relationships.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $80,000+ annually
• Commission Structure: 40/40 split on new and renewal business

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships to build a robust book of business.
• Manage and grow accounts in standard personal lines, with opportunities to expand into high-net-worth spaces.
• Leverage house leads to establish initial client relationships and transition to self-generated leads over time.
• Actively seek and secure new accounts, focusing on multi-line opportunities.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and maintain required licenses and certifications.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with quoting and managing new business accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
