What Your Day Looks Like:

• Make outbound sales calls to pre-qualified, exclusive leads — no cold calling strangers from a random list
• Use active listening and persuasion to build rapport and guide clients through their first steps toward homeownership
• Support loan origination by gathering initial client information and helping qualify prospects for residential mortgages
• Manage pipeline activity, follow-ups, and notes using CRM software
• Develop your lead generation skills alongside top producers
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy office where team collaboration and professionalism are core values
