Overview
Master Halco, Fence & Deck Supply, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fence and deck products is seeking a Manufacturing Operation Specialist 1 to work at our West Memphis, AR plant.
The Manufacturing Operation Specialist will use forklift equipment to move heavy materials around the plant and provides assistance as requested.

Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift to pick and transport heavy materials around the plant
- Accurately loads/unloads material from enclosed truck trailers
- Driving yard truck with attached semi-trailer including backing trailer up to dock bays
- Maintain forklifts by completing preventive maintenance.
- Reports any malfunctions, failures, or repairs to management
- Maintains quality products by following company policies and standards
- Maintains clean and safe working environment
- Inspects all product being shipped and received for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Picks, packs, and ships materials
- Keep areas fully stocked to support production
- Provides assistance where necessary
Qualifications
- Forklift and warehouse experience required
- Experience loading flatbed trailers required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work effectively in team environment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
