Location: Makati
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams, translating them into functional ERP solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support ERP modules while ensuring alignment with business processes, organizational policies, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and system integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements, and ensure optimal system performance and user adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ERP configuration, system testing, and software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
