Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive full time Shift Supervisor for our Sydney Airport location.
Reporting to the Station Manager this role plays a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients whilst being dedicated to the growing success of the Station.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
Assisting the Station Manager to exceed financial targets and KPI's in optimising revenue growth and maximising profitability
Effectively control station costs in accordance with set budgets
Ensuring Company damage policies are complied with to decrease the risk and/ or cost to accidents
Actively market and promote Europcar services within the specified station region
Exceed and surpass customer service expectations
Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports on agreed financial, operational station and fleet performance measures
To be considered, you will possess:
Experience working in a supervisory, team leader, or management position
Prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
Reporting and rostering in accordance with budgets
Experience working with KPIs
Clear and confident communication skills
Ability to work a 7 day rotating shift roster
Full drivers licence
Full Australian work right
