About the Role
Reporting to the department head, you will take a pivotal role in leading group-wide transformation and support initiatives across cloud-based corporate systems. The role ensures that enterprise applications, processes and data remain tightly aligned to business value streams, while modernizing legacy environments and building internal capabilities to support scalable, cost-efficient and future-ready operations. You will be accountable for shaping and delivering major transformation programmes that harmonize and optimize corporate systems across regions and business units, combining strategic planning, programme leadership and operational excellence to sustain an agile Oracle-centric landscape that underpins business growth. Leading a sizeable team, you will drive the decommissioning of legacy platforms and the roll out of integrated Oracle-based solutions, carefully balancing quality, cost, risk and user experience. You will oversee complex, regional initiatives involving diverse internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clear ownership, realistic timelines and tangible benefit realization. In addition, you will define and implement a strategy to deepen internal Oracle functional and technical know-how, reducing long-term reliance on external consultants and contractors, and establish a centralized ERP support organization within Group IT that serves multiple regions and business entities through standardized processes and service levels
The successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with enterprise ERP systems including a background in a leadership role driving large-scale, global transformation programmes.
- Strong exposure to major enterprise SaaS platforms, which will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proven track record in building internal teams and capabilities, reducing external support dependency and delivering complex initiatives within a global, matrixed and cross-cultural setup.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Demonstrates a mix of results-oriented, curious, collaborative and disciplined working styles, comfortable challenging the status quo while maintaining
