Role: FE (Finite Element) Analyst – Junior & Senior roles available
Location: Bristol (hybrid – min 3 days in office after onboarding)
Salary: £35k–£60k depending on experience
Overview:
Join a leading engineering consultancy working on high-impact projects in highly regulated industries like nuclear, oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy. They’re hiring multiple FE Analysts across junior to senior levels to support structural and thermal analysis of critical components.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and validate FE models using tools like ANSYS or Abaqus

Run simulations and interpret results to support safe, high-performance designs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, testing, manufacturing)

Present findings clearly through reports and meetings

(Senior roles) Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvement

Engineering degree (Mechanical, Structural, Civil)

Experience with FEA tools and strong mechanical understanding

Communication skills to explain technical work to non-specialists

(Preferred) Experience in regulated sectors and scripting skills (Python, MATLAB)
