IT Audit

This isn't a typical, checklist-driven audit role. The challenge is to move beyond traditional auditing and become a true strategic partner to the business. You will be tasked with providing meaningful, proactive insights that genuinely improve the company's IT risk management processes and control environment. Your impact will be measured by your ability to challenge the status quo, build influential relationships with stakeholders, and help safeguard the complex technological ecosystem that protects millions of lives.

Profile for Success To achieve these objectives, you will need a proven track record of accomplishment, not just a list of skills. We are looking for evidence of:

• Core Requirements: A relevant B Degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Auditing) and at least one of the following certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, or CGIT. A minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience is required.
• Demonstrated Experience:
  • Successfully managing and executing multiple end-to-end IT audits in a complex corporate environment.
  • Applying frameworks like COSO to provide meaningful analysis and improvements to risk management processes, rather than just for compliance.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and influencing senior management to adopt improved controls.
  • Technical proficiency in reviewing and assessing IT General Controls, Application Controls, and Cyber/Information Security frameworks. Experience with data analytics (CAATs) is a significant advantage.
