NASC Support Accounting Analyst

Key points and purpose of the position:
This position is responsible for supporting and executing a broad range of accounting activities related to NASC operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements. The role contributes to the proper recording, reconciliation, analysis, and monitoring of financial transactions, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders such as Controlling, Tax, Customer Services, Procurement, Intercompany, and other support areas. In addition, the position supports month-end closing, financial reporting, invoicing, cross-charging, fixed asset management, accounts receivable activities, and audit-related requests, helping to maintain reliable financial information, efficient accounting processes, and effective operational support across the organization, particularly related to support, enhance and mantain the IMMEX program once approced

Main tasks

Accounts reconciliation.  

Customer Services Support 

Fix assets   management

Month-End Closing Activities

Preparation of taxes rolls forward VAT, Income, expenses,

Reporting and Financial statements   

Invoicing / Cross-charging/ IMMEX support

Auditors Support Services

Accounts Receivables

Qualification:

Education / Training:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting 

Finance professional with 3 years of experience in General Ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, and internal customer service, contributing to accurate financial reporting and operational excellence.
Specific knowledge:
ERP SAP, Microsoft Excel macros, PBI desirable, English B2 desirable, IMMEX knowledge desirable
