About the Opportunity

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you’ll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, evidence-based care while incorporating holistic principles into your work.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with other professionals to support lasting improvements in mental, emotional, and overall well-being.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Incorporate physical, emotional, behavioral, and lifestyle factors into your therapeutic approach.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, nutritionists, medical professionals, and other therapists to provide coordinated, whole-person care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Educate clients on coping strategies, wellness practices, behavioral changes, and self-care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA.
• Stay current with emerging research, best practices, and innovative approaches to mental health care.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive culture focused on both patient outcomes and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping clients thrive.
• Interest in learning functional medicine principles and holistic approaches to mental health.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Comfort and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
