Description
We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A practice in CMS Warsaw as an Associate.
Your responsibilities:
- Advising clients on corporate law and M&A matters;
- Preparing and managing transaction and corporate documentation;
- Participating in due diligence reviews and preparing reports and recommendations for clients;
- Analysing legal regulations and drafting legal opinions and memoranda;
- Collaborating with clients and specialist teams in Poland and across other jurisdictions;
- Supporting Partners and Counsel in the delivery of complex transactional projects;
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Attorney-at-Law (radca prawny) or Advocate (adwokat);
- Experience in Corporate/M&A gained in a law firm environment;
- Strong knowledge of company law and M&A transactions;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Strong analytical, organisational and prioritisation skills;
- A collaborative mindset, commitment to professional development, and an ability to build long-term client relationships;
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks;
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
