The E‑Commerce Parts Operational Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational performance of the Parts digital commerce channel, leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud. The role ensures seamless execution of pricing, content, ordering, and customer/distributor support, acting as the operational bridge between regions, distributors, and the Global AMPS Digital Commerce teams.
The position plays a critical role in driving adoption, execution excellence, and continuous improvement of the digital commerce platform across regions.
Scope & Coverage
- Global role with primary responsibility for EMEA&APAC
- Focused on AMPS digital commerce business
- Works closely with Global AMPS, Digital CX, IT, Product, Pricing, Parts Logistics, and Regional Channel teams
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Commerce Platform Operations : Ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud platform and provide support to distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Pricing & Commercial Execution : Manage pricing, discounts, and commercial rules while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the platform.
- Content & Catalog Management : Maintain accurate product, catalog, and digital content data to deliver an optimal customer experience.
- Regional & Channel Support : Support distributor and customer adoption of the platform and drive continuous improvements based on user feedback.
- Special Quotes & Non‑Standard Projects Leadership : Lead the team managing special quotes and non-standard commercial projects, ensuring efficient execution and governance.
- Performance Monitoring & Insights : Track key performance indicators, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to support business performance.
- Transformation & Change Enablement : Drive the transition to a digital-first commerce model and lead organizational change to support strategic objectives.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-focused.
- Languages : French / English
