The Global Operations Excellence and Solutions Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and organizational change across Alternatives Investment Services globally. This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of transformative projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Additionally, this role will also deploy develop solutions predominantly in Microsoft Power platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft based AI solutions)
Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of current business processes, systems, and structures to identify improvement opportunities
- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, and quality standards.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to support decision-making and track the progress of transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digitization and Automation (D&A), operations, Risk and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and ensure alignment with strategic goals and support initiatives execution
- Solution Delivery: Deploy digitization and automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, and configure, test, and deploy solutions under the NextGen program.
- Integrated Solutions and AI Deployment: Design and deploy process-specific or function-wide AI solutions, including cross-platform integrations through APIs, to improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts by developing communication plans, training materials, and other resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying best practices and innovative solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in transformation, business analysis, and project management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or exposure to deploying AI based solutions
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma, or Lean are advantageous.
- Experience in a consulting or advisory role.
- Knowledge of industry-specific trends and challenges

Salary range is expected to be between
$71,475.00 CAD - $119,125.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
