Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and validate employee payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Execute payroll processing, including salary, allowances, deductions, taxes, and other payroll components.

  • Manage employee data administration within the payroll system, including new hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, terminations, salary, benefits, and employee status changes.

  • Perform regular migration of employee attendance data into the payroll system.

  • Support payroll system development, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives.

  • Prepare payroll cost, employee demographic, salary-layer, and budget-vs-actual reports.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal users regarding payroll system functionality.

  • Support actuarial reporting and other payroll-related analyses as required.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment and payroll regulations.

General Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

  • Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

  • Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

  • Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, IT or Industrial Engineering background preferred.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably Payroll or Compensation & Benefits.

3. English proficiency is mandatory, both written and spoken.

4. Experience participating in payroll system development, enhancement, or upgrade projects.

5. Experience in processing, validating, transforming, and migrating large volumes of employee/payroll data.

6. Up-to-date knowledge of statutory and payroll regulations, including BPJS, CPF, taxation, festive benefits, and other applicable employment-related requirements.

7. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

8. Good understanding of databases and technology applications.

9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, agility, and change-management skills.
