We are looking for enthusiastic and high-potential graduates to join our team. As an AI Developer , you will participate in the design, development, and deployment of data-driven and AI-powered solutions that accelerate innovation, enhance engineering productivity, and create business value.

What you will do:

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Participate in AI/ML model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Assist in applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to practical business and engineering challenges.
• Support experimentation with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Contribute to AI Agent and workflow automation development.

Data Engineering & Analytics

• Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing structured and unstructured data.
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data platforms.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance compliance.

Innovation & Learning

• Explore emerging AI technologies and propose innovative use cases.
• Continuously improve technical and business-domain knowledge.

The skills you bring:

• Master's degree in: Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with frameworks and platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, MCP, or similar AI development ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data analytics techniques.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong curiosity and passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willingness to experiment, innovate, and challenge conventional approaches.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
