Biocodex Romania is looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented pharmaceutical professional to take on the legally mandated role of Responsible Person (GDP) and Quality Assurance Specialist.

Why this role matters

In this role, you will safeguard product quality and patient safety while ensuring the proper functioning of the Quality Management System and regulatory compliance of distribution activities.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

• Act as Responsible Person (GDP) and main contact with ANMDMR
• Ensure compliance with GDP requirements and Romanian pharmaceutical legislation
• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management System
• Coordinate audits, inspections and product recalls when required
• Ensure proper documentation, procedures and quality oversight of distribution activities

What you bring

• Pharmacist, Medical Doctor diploma

• Eligible to act as Responsible Person under Romanian legislation, with at least 2 years of experience in this role within the pharmaceutical industry and strong knowledge of GDP requirements

• Experience interacting with local Health Authorities

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Ability to prioritize, structure, and move work forward with sound judgment. 

• A working style that balances autonomy, high standards, and collaboration. 

• A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
