Job Description:
On the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Business Controls team, the candidate will support key governance and business control programs through regulatory change management, risk governance coordination, product initiative oversight, and operational excellence initiatives. The candidate will partner primarily with Business Controls leadership and global stakeholders to maintain program governance, execute reporting and oversight activities, facilitate forums, drive process improvements, and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business control processes.
• Support the International Regulatory Change Management program by maintaining regulatory inventories, coordinating with regional teams, producing governance reporting, facilitating regulatory forums, and driving process enhancements and automation efforts.
• Support Product Risk Management governance by reviewing product initiative submissions, maintaining the product initiative pipeline and inventory, and ensuring required information is captured for review and decision-making.
• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives by developing dashboards, tracking improvement opportunities, promoting employee-generated solutions, and implementing reporting enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, metrics, and governance materials for leadership forums and Business Controls reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by standardizing processes, documenting procedures, enhancing data quality, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across Business Controls programs.
Responsibilities:
Creates business presentations on strategy, business performance, planning initiatives and other materials for internal and external audiences
Generates performance reports focused on driving business and team results
Tracks and supports weekly and monthly routines
Communicates and interacts with team members across various lines of business
Serves as a knowledgeable resource and point person who can help efficiently facilitate the day-to-day operations of the team
Performs comprehensive client planning, competitor and financial industry benchmark research
Assists with a variety of ad hoc assignments, typically with time constraints
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working as a Business Support Analyst
Candidate must be a self-motivated, keen attention to detail, and a high energy level individual.
Detail oriented with strong analytical, process, project management and organizational skill.
Ability to execute assigned tasks independently to meet required deadlines
Ability to collaborate, manage, and expand relationships across the organization.
Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills.
Strong communication abilities (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications:
4 year Bachelors Degree
Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Apps
