About the Role

• Manage and maintain multiple client websites on a daily basis 

• Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality issues, broken features, and user experience concerns 

• Perform website content updates including graphics, banners, text changes, blogs, pricing updates, and customer photos 

• Maintain website integrations with CRMs, inventory feeds, GTM, Meta Pixel, webhooks, and other third-party platforms 

• Monitor and resolve website security vulnerabilities and plugin issues 

• Ensure websites remain mobile responsive and optimized for performance and speed 

• Update and maintain schema markup, tracking tags, lead routing, and analytics integrations 

• Diagnose and correct filtering, inventory, form-fill, and lead delivery issues 

• Perform website quality assurance testing and proactively identify issues before they impact clients 

• Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and client service teams to support client needs 

• Monitor website functionality and provide recommendations for usability and performance improvements 

• Maintain organized records of updates, fixes, and completed requests 

• Attend internal and client calls as needed to discuss website updates and technical issues 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Website maintenance and troubleshooting 

• Plugin and platform updates 

• Security patching and vulnerability remediation 

• GTM and tracking code implementation 

• Meta Pixel and conversion tracking support 

• CRM and webhook integrations 

• Inventory feed troubleshooting and synchronization 

• Form-fill and squeeze page troubleshooting 

• Mobile optimization and responsive design fixes 

• Privacy policy and compliance updates 

• Cosmetic website updates including graphics, colors, photos, and content 

• Third-party platform integrations and support 

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience 

• 2–5 years of website maintenance, web support, or front-end website management experience 

• Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms 

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and website tracking implementation 

• Understanding of website hosting environments, plugins, integrations, and DNS fundamentals 

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 

• Familiarity with CRM integrations and lead routing systems 

• Experience troubleshooting mobile responsiveness and website speed issues 

• Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously 

• Proficiency with website CMS platforms 

• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager 

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business tools 

• Experience with website troubleshooting and QA testing 

• Experience with inventory feeds and API/webhook integrations preferred 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word or Google Docs 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Positive, upbeat, and solution-oriented attitude 

• Highly organized and detail oriented 

• Sensitive to deadlines and client expectations 

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
