Management Level:
M2The primary purpose of this position is to lead and direct a GP PS Hatchery Team to deliver high‑quality products that meet customer expectations while achieving financial and business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing quality products to customers globally
Achieving production and financial goals
Developing and maintaining effective communication with customers, shared services, and other hatcheries
Meeting HR and safety objectives that support hatchery facilities
Developing, evaluating, and implementing new processes and technologies
Maintaining compliance with domestic and international regulations governing Cobb business activities
Recruiting, developing, and maintaining a qualified team

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a general professional field, typically obtained through four (4) years of college, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience
Four (4) or more years of poultry management–related experience preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals using available computer programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of:
Four(4)+ salaried team members
Approximately 40+ hourly team members
Travel
Domestic travel approximately four (4) times per year.
Biosecurity Requirements
This jobsite is a biosecure environment requiring shower‑in/shower‑out procedures, which may include multiple showers during the workday.
The Company provides all required clothing and footwear.
No jewelry may be worn except approved medical ID jewelry.
Must be willing to sign an agreement to avoid contact with avian species (chickens, ducks, birds).
Must follow the Company Animal Welfare Policy at all times.
Must follow all Cobb Farms Hatcheries Biosecurity Standards.
Physical Requirements
Must use safe lifting techniques.
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects or controls, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, talk, and hear.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Personal Protective Equipment
Must follow all required safety procedures and wear designated personal protective equipment when visiting facilities.
