CommQuest Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) on a Full-time basis for our Massillon Recovery Campus. The Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant plays a vital role for our clients who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Provides mental health support to clients by conducting assessments, and individual or group counseling sessions. Based on licensure, this role may diagnose and treat emotional, behavioral, mental health, and/or substance use issues employing various therapeutic techniques to help clients improve their wellbeing and coping skills.

What you'll do:
- Complete chemical dependency intake, screenings, and assessments; may require adherence to a clinical site schedule
- Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy
- Provide crisis intervention, individual counseling, and/or group counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor client progress; adjust treatment plans and prepare program discharge plans when appropriate
- Educate client and family regarding addiction treatment and recovery
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) certification is required; or above certification is preferred.
- Previous experience with EHR systems and/or NextGen is preferred
- Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired

- Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses paid for licensed positions based on hours worked, up to $5400(annually).
