Sales Manager, Practice Solutions

Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager of Practice Solutions, you will play a key leadership role in driving the growth and success of Rectangle Health's Practice Solutions sales organization. You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives (Practice Management Consultants), empowering them to achieve monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional value to healthcare practices across the country. Through strategic leadership, performance management, and a focus on execution, you will help drive revenue growth, expand customer relationships, and support the continued success of our clients and organization. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales strategies and goals through the management of Practice Management Consultants.
Primary job duties:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales objectives, profit goal and market share goals while implementing strategies through management of Practice Management Consultants.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for Practice Management Consultants. Advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness of staff.
- Recruit, develop, and train Practice Management Consultants with clearly communicated sales and overall performance standards.
- Forecast monthly revenue projections
- Drive standard work, funnel review process in Salesforce. Follow and implement account management through Salesforce.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration. Participate in annual sales strategy planning. Develop annual sales quotas for sales representatives. Manage and control department expenses at or below budgeted levels.
- Perform weekly pipeline reviews in person with each report and as directed by Vice President of Sales.
- Develop and implement actions plans for responsible Practice Management Consultants
- Maintain strategy, support and pricing consistency
- Plan and coordinate Sales Meetings
- Ensure Practice Management Consultants achieve and exceed individual monthly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales objectives.
- Provide individual coaching and professional development to each member of the selling team (target three days per week or 60% of the available time).
- Complete Sales Management Reports and distribute reports for engagement
- Develop and facilitate sales plans in conjunction with the Senior Director of Sales.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, customer applications, and key customer needs and requirements for the healthcare technology market.
- Join Sales Calls, on occasion, to help coach Practice Management Consultants and drive revenue.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 plus years’ experience in a Sales leadership role
- Sales experience within the Healthcare space
- Consistent track-record of success and overachievement
- Experience in a transactional, quick sales-cycle
- Elite closing abilities

- Ability to commute to and work onsite at our St. Petersburg, FL office 4–5 days per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree.
- Salesforce utilization as a CRM.
- Conversation tracking software/AI software
- Experience in payments, fintech, healthcare, dental/medical practice sales, or other regulated/consultative environments.
- Background in high-velocity closing roles (insurance, merchant services, door-to-door, payroll-style environments).
Compensation & Benefit Profile:
- $160,000 First-Year OTE (Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission)
- Target is based on realistic minimum expectations, in addition to First-Year OTE this role is eligible for a significant uncapped monthly commission accelerator for being above target metrics.
