IBTS is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a Part-Time REMOTE opportunity. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who is ready to take the next step in their career, contribute to meaningful financial operations, and grow within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, and strong technical skills—especially in Excel.

 

Key Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the preparation process for annual financial audits.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
• Support the tracking and accounting of payroll.
• Support the tracking and accounting of Account Payables
• Assist in bank reporting.
• Work within Deltek Costpoint to execute accounting functions effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.
• Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay Range for this position is $35.00-$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
