We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive with our awesome team in Melbourne.
The role:
As Client Executive, your responsibilities will include the implementation and buying of digital and traditional activity on behalf of clients, with a strong focus on search, social, programmatic and offline channels. Working within a collaborative team and alongside specialist media functions, you will gain exposure across performance marketing, brand media, stakeholder management, campaign operations, and client communications.
Core responsibilities:
Support the planning, implementation and optimisation of campaigns across search, social, programmatic and offline media channels.
Manage and monitor high-volume SEM activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, helping deliver performance against client KPIs.
Assist with integrated media activity across OOH, audio, social and programmatic channels.
Work closely with the programmatic team to brief, coordinate and track campaign delivery.
Manage campaign trafficking, tagging and tracking requirements across multiple platforms and media channels.
Prepare performance reports, campaign updates and monthly presentations, delivering clear insights and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
A bit about you:
1+ years' experience within a media agency, publisher or digital marketing environment.
Hands-on experience on SEM platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
Experience or strong interest in paid social, programmatic and offline media.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence preparing client-facing reports and presenting campaign results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around campaign booking, trafficking, tagging and reporting.
