Job Description

As a Security Guard Armed Multiple Shift in Jupiter, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position calls for strong communication, professionalism, and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and coordinating with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, patient, and staff access procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO is required.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of corrections, law enforement, military, 7 years of armed officer experience and/or degree.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
