Description
Deine Mission
- Lead and develop a team of Operations Project Managers and ensure successful execution of all product-related projects within the Supply Point Fulda
- Drive end-to-end execution (Develop → Launch) – on time, in budget, in scope
- Manage and prioritize the product project portfolio including resource planning across Supply Point functions
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between local and central teams and secure technical readiness at all project gates
- Drive risk management, problem solving & cost (COGS) performance
- Contribute to site strategy & continuous improvement as part of the Plant Leadership Team
Deine Kompetenzen
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
- Strong experience in project / portfolio management
- Analytical, solution-oriented & resilient mindset
- Able to manage complexity, ambiguity & changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- PMI certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in English required; German is a plus
