The opportunity with us as Senior GeoSolutions Consultant
We are looking for a Senior GeoSolutions Consultant to join our high performing team. Reporting to the Director of GIS Professional Services Delivery, you will take a hands-on technical and consultative role, leading the design, configuration, deployment and support of geospatial solutions for Woolpert clients.
Working across the broader Digital Solutions teams, you will help deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget, while providing senior-level input into solution architecture, project delivery, client advice, pre-sales activities and continuous improvement.
This is a permanent full-time role with Woolpert with hybrid work arrangements based in Perth.
You will be:
- Leading deployment, configuration and support of VertiGIS and ArcGIS solutions.
- Driving innovative use of spatial technologies
- Improving performance, usability and automation across solutions.
- Preparing technical documentation, including deployment and administration guides.
- Supporting customer opportunities, pre-sales demos and solution advice.
- Completing relevant industry certifications, such as Esri, Microsoft or Amazon.
- Travelling as required.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience, in computer science, software engineering, geomatics or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in GIS, spatial or related commercial roles.
- 3+ years’ experience working with databases and cloud services.
- Strong experience with at least one Esri technology, such as ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Online.
With this role, the successful candidate must successfully pass pre-employment police background check as a condition of employment.
