The OpportunityAs an Executive Concierge in Denver, you will provide essential administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining smooth operations and fostering effective communication within the organization. As an Administrative level professional, you will deliver efficient and effective support to internal teams, building positive relationships and anticipating needs to understand tasks thoroughly. You will be organized and proactive, adapting to meet the changing needs and processes of your teams.
In this role, you will be expected to apply a learning mindset, take ownership of your development, and share best practices to continuously upskill yourself and others. You will conduct yourself professionally, taking responsibility for your work and commitments, while tailoring your communication style based on your audience. Responsibilities
- Managing executive schedules and coordinating meetings to facilitate seamless operations
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Supporting business process improvement initiatives through administrative support
- Maintaining and organizing corporate records and electronic filing systems
- Facilitating communication and correspondence management for senior executives
- Assisting in the preparation and review of invoices and financial documents
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance office productivity
- Conducting research and preparing reports to support executive decision-making
- Managing office supplies and equipment to validate operational efficiency
- Coordinating events and meetings, confirming all logistical details are addressed

- Providing customer service excellence in guest services and hoteling arrangements
- Supporting deployment coordination and resource management activities
- Engaging in stakeholder management to foster positive relationships within the organization
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $109,120. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $35,500 - $124,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
