- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of specialized experience performing foreign disclosure duties within the DoD, a Joint Command, or a Component Command. Experience supporting multinational operations in the USCENTCOM AOR is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Successful completion of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or Army Foreign Disclosure Representative/Officer certification course.
- Technical Networks: High proficiency operating on secure networks, including JWICS, SIPRNet, and multinational sharing environments (e.g., CENTRIXS).
- Clearance: Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is mandatory at the time of application.
- Skills: Expert knowledge of NDP-1, AR 380-10 (Foreign Disclosure and Contacts with Foreign Representatives), and National Intelligence Community disclosure policies. Exceptional risk assessment and technical editing capabilities are required.
