Position Overview:
We are seeking a Neurologist to join a multi-specialty practice that provides an integrative standard of care, located in Brooklyn, NY. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology.
- Active New York State medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems (eClinicalWorks & Practice Fusion).
- Proficient in performing neurological examinations, interpreting diagnostic studies (EEG, EMG, MRI, CT), and managing treatment plans for various neurological conditions.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, migraines, neuropathy, and dementia.
- Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic studies including EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, MRI, and CT scans.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals for physical or occupational therapy.
- Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, disease progression, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with other specialists within the multi-specialty practice (e.g., primary care, cardiology, endocrinology) to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in electronic medical records.
- Stay current with advancements in neurology research, treatments, and technologies.
