Als Jabil Optics Germany GmbH in Jena sind wir Teil des weltweit zweitgrößten Auftragsfertigers Jabil und führend bei der Entwicklung von opto-elektro-mechanischen Modulen für Augmented, Virtual and Mixed Reality, moderne Kamerasysteme sowie Gestensteuerung/ 3D Sensing. Im Optics Design Center in Jena entwickeln wir mit über 110 Mitarbeitenden opto-elektro-mechanische Design-Lösungen für AR/VR-Brillen, autonomes Fahren (LiDAR, Driver Monitoring, ADAS- Kamera-Systeme, Eye Tracking), Robotics, Action Cameras, Smartphones, Endoskope und viele weitere Anwendungen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Entwicklungsstandorts in Jena suchen wir unbefristet und in Vollzeit (36h/Woche) ab sofort eine/n:

Finanzbuchhalter // Sr. Financial Accountant (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB sowie US GAAP)

• Durchführung der anfallenden Buchhaltungsvorgänge

• Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Finance und Controlling

• Bewertung internationaler Geschäftsvorgänge/Intercompany-Abstimmungen

• Klärung von bilanziellen Sachverhalten

• Vorbereitung der betrieblichen Jahressteuererklärungen

• Konzern-Reporting

• Verantwortung für SOX-Compliance (Prozesse und Dokumentation) 

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder finanzwirtschaftliches Studium

• Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling in einem Industrieunternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung

• Gute Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung nat./internat. (HGB/US GAAP) sowie im Unternehmenssteuerrecht

• Anwendungserfahrung in SAP und mit MS Office

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Freude an einer serviceorientierten Tätigkeit sowie Teamarbeit 

• Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit der Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich über neue gesetzliche, steuerliche und regulatorische Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden zu halten
