The IT Monitoring, Event, Capacity and Performance Management Department is currently looking for an IT Capacity and Performance Data Analytics Advisor. This department ensures that current and future infrastructure capacity and performance needs are addressed in a timely manner, while maintaining stable and reliable services. In this role, you’ll be exposed to all facets of analytics and develop a broad, cross-functional perspective on our IT environments. As a Data Analytics Advisor, you’ll provide advisory services and support to dedicated clients and partners, proactively maintaining service stability and the efficient use of IT resources. Your objective will be to provide an integrated view of capacity and performance history and forecasts for all IT environments and services, whether operating on traditional infrastructure or in the cloud. Based on these views, you will prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans aligned with the organization’s objectives and priorities. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Help clients define their needs, identify relevant data and metrics, make recommendations and provide advice for selecting, implementing and using data management tools
- Analyze capacity and performance metrics, as well as the results of forecasting models, to identify anomalies and trends, trigger the appropriate processes to support proactive actions, develop recommendations, and prepare reports
- Support projects in evaluating their impact on IT environments
- Acquire, transform and mine capacity and performance data
- Produce and present relevant information in a variety of formats (including reports, dashboards, etc.), ensuring they are user-friendly for partners
- Oversee the governance of the capacity and performance practice

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least four years of relevant experience in complex data analytics, ideally related to IT capacity and performance
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience extracting and manipulating large data sets
- Knowledge of French is required
- Proficiency in one or more key analytics programming languages (Python, R, SQL)
- Proficiency in the Azure analytics environment or equivalent technologies: ADF, ADX, Event Hub, Log Analytics, Azure ML, Power BI
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis techniques (statistical modelling, data visualization)
