As our new Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own corner of the kitchen and turn it into a place where great food happens every day. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes that make our guests smile, keeping flavours sharp and presentations clean. You’ll work side by side with a tight-knit crew of chefs who love good food, good energy and good teamwork. Your section will be your playground, and you’ll keep it running like a dream from mise-en-place to the last ticket.

What You’ll Do 

• Prepare and cook dishes that hit the mark every time 
• Set up your station so you’re ready before the first order drops 
• Support the Chef de Partie in running your section smoothly 
• Keep plates consistent, clean, and looking great 
• Work side by side with the team to keep service flowing 
• Help guide junior chefs when they need a hand 
• Keep your workspace spotless and organized 
• Keep an eye on stock and reduce waste where you can 

What You’ll Have 

• You have culinary training or hands-on kitchen experience 
• You bring 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen 
• You know your way around food safety and hygiene standards 
• You stay focused and steady, even when things get busy 
• You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate clearly 
• You speak English, and any local language is a plus
