Associate Game Illustrator

• Job Location: Commerzone IT Tech Park, Yerwada - Pune.

• Required Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Associate Illustrator to join our game art team. This role focuses on creating engaging illustrations for slot games while developing artistic and technical skills through collaboration with experienced team members. The ideal candidate should possess strong art fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced game development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create illustrations for slot symbols, game assets, backgrounds, and UI elements.

• Support senior artists in asset creation and content production.

•  Follow established art styles, guidelines, and quality standards.

• Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions.

• Prepare artwork for production and game implementation.

• Collaborate closely with artists, designers, developers, and producers.

• Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate artwork as required.

• Growth towards becoming an independent contributor.

• Building knowledge of game art pipelines and production processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of drawing, design, and visual communication principles.

• Knowledge of composition, color theory, lighting, and basic anatomy.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent software.

• Ability to create clean, visually appealing artwork.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in illustration, game art, or related fields.

• Portfolio demonstrating illustration skills and artistic fundamentals.

Good to Have

• Exposure game development or iGaming projects.

• Understanding digital painting and asset creation workflows.

• Basic knowledge of UI design.

• Familiarity with game art production pipelines.

• Exposure AI-assisted creative workflows and tools.
