Job Description:
What will you work on?
Servicing the Chicago, IL market (Central Zip Code 60415), you will visit key big-box retail locations to ensure our products are stocked, priced correctly, and visually prominent. This role is responsible for executing retail merchandising standards, managing inventory on the floor, and building in-store displays to drive brand visibility.
This is a part-time, field-based role working 24 hours per week during weekday business hours, covering a territory of at least 24 retail locations (Walmart and Target).
How will you create impact?
Maintain on-shelf product availability by stocking shelves, packing out incoming inventory, and setting planned promotional features
Build, place, and maintain high-impact, incremental product displays at prominent store locations
Negotiate directly with store-level management to secure additional product placement and promotional displays through our direct-to-store program
Collect and submit accurate inventory data, pricing audits, and display photos using our retail merchandising mobile application
Establish and nurture professional working relationships with store managers and department leads to maximize brand influence in-store
Monitor store-level stock levels, flagging inventory discrepancies and tracking product performance trends
What are your skills and experience?
Professional experience in field sales or retail merchandising, specifically working within big-box retail environments such as Walmart and Target
Strong understanding of retail store operations, planograms, and inventory management practices
Experience managing a multi-store service schedule independently with high efficiency and minimal oversight
Ability to perform physical retail labor, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs of product and displays
Reliable personal vehicle for daily store-to-store travel, a valid driver’s license, and proof of active vehicle insurance
Access to high-speed internet and comfort utilizing mobile applications for daily reporting
The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Illinois is $18 to $19 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
