IT Recruiter - Europe Experienced Hiring

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, helping them navigate talent market realities and make informed hiring decisions.
• Use data, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect P&G's values and strengthen our employer brand.
• Build diverse talent pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
• Lead offer discussions and candidate closing strategies, ensuring we secure the best talent in competitive markets.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives that continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

• Prior experience recruiting experienced professionals, ideally within technology, digital, engineering, or IT environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability, with a track record of engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through data, insights, and market expertise.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to operate as a consultant to senior business leaders.
• A curious, proactive, and resilient mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Experience using modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
