About the Position:
Hiring for an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating team. Responsible to independently prepare detailed estimates for commercial HVAC construction projects, ranging from small scopes to large-scale jobs, develop proposals, cost breakdowns and participate in pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs to assess field conditions firsthand.
This position is a great fit for a hands-on commercial mechanical estimator who is ready to keep growing and take the next step with their career, in an environment where their effort and judgment will genuinely matter.
Requirements:
- A degree in engineering or construction related discipline is a plus, but not required.
- 8+ years of prior Estimating experience for a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
- Genuine interest in learning and improving from the people around you and on your own.
- Comfort with Excel and standard office tools; familiarity with estimating software or openness to learning it is a plus.
