Job Profile SummaryAssesses the creditworthiness of retail/commercial customers to determine degree of risk involved in extending credit or loans. Analyzes personal/corporate financial status, credit history, and other financial information. Generates financial ratios to determine profitability and liquidity status. Makes effective decisions in regard to credit extensions and credit limits to maximize profitability and minimize credit risks and losses. Maintains up-to-date and accurate financial background information on present and prospective customers. Goal is stated well in the description with all things credit/risk for this role in driving descisions based on analysis to support the organization. However, has nothing to do with outsourcing. Develops, identifies, analyzes and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not in a manufacturing location). Applies process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Plans and implements quality assurance and compliance processes. May support development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures. BPQ goal is to have CI mindset to improve processes, eliminate waste, automate/digitalize, etc. to streamline processes to be more efficienct/effective

• Responsible for staffing decisions such as hiring, firing, rewarding, training, and developing employees
