Role Summary and Impact

OpenMind by WPP is an integrated agency model drawing on talent from across WPP. It has been created to accelerate the European transformation for Nestlé’s media function. Core to the solution is the advanced best data and technology capabilities, fuelled by WPP’s investment in AI, to maximise the impact of Nestlé media investment.   

Overview: An entry-level role supporting the global OpenMind team for Nestlé, focusing primarily on Zone Europe (Z-EUR). The role acts as an operational bridge between strategy, planning, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder & Community Management: Build relationships across European markets, maintain distribution lists, foster network collaboration, and provide regular operational updates.
• Financial Administration: Own scoping reporting systems, raise invoices, track documentation, and partner with category teams to resolve financial queries.
• Operational & Project Support: Manage onboarding/offboarding tool access, support day-to-day market requests, monitor project timelines, and ensure milestone delivery.
• Impact: Ensures seamless day-to-day operations, accurate financial tracking, and strong communication and alignment across global and European Nestlé media teams.

Skills and Experience

 Essential Requirements:

• Strong interest in starting a career in the media and advertising industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and numerical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• A collaborative team player with a calm, composed approach under pressure.

 Desirable Qualities:

• Advanced Excel and AI platform usage for note taking and summaries for distribution.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• A willingness to challenge standard processes and suggest workflow improvements.
