Description
Under general supervision performs a broad range of technical engineering support functions; assists in the design of telecommunications systems and equipment; develops, maintains, and plots AutoCAD drawings and schematics; investigates and inspects telecommunication equipment construction, modification, and maintenance projects. Performs other duties as assigned.
High school equivalency with supplemental courses in engineering, drafting, computer graphics, and/or advanced mathematics, and one year of appropriate automated drafting experience.
