Description
We are recruiting an Early Careers & Trainee Advisor for an established, multi-site organisation, based in either York or Darlington. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of up to £32,000.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to take genuine ownership of the organisation’s trainee and apprenticeship programmes. You will help attract future talent and support trainees throughout their journey, from initial application and onboarding through to professional study, development and qualification.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, internal managers and external education and training partners, you will ensure trainees receive a consistent, supportive and well-organised experience.
